Cases of disclaimer of warranty:
Consumers dismantling doors or accessories by themselves, resulting in product failure.

Errors caused by users hiring other units to install and repair.
4. Warranty deployment period:
- Within 48 hours AKo Home VN will send technical BP to the status quo to evaluate and handle product defects. Depending on the degree of product defect We will have an appropriate processing time.
- In case of an urgent problem with the product, we will handle it urgently within 24 hours
